Erichsgang

On an undated plan of the Lower Town from the 18th century, the lane is called "Kesselgasse" (Kettle Lane). By 1778 it was already referred to as "Ehrnscher Gang" or "Kesselgang." The renaming to "Erichsgang" did not take place until after 1817.
